Yorkshire Vintage Returns Policy

At Yorkshire Vintage, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. They should be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Vintage pieces may show minor wear from their age — this is part of their charm and isn’t considered a fault. We always note these details in the product description.

  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or other intimate items.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@yorkshirevintage.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack your item carefully to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds

  • After we receive your return, we’ll check it over and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 7 days of processing.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like something else, simply place a new order and return the original item.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to make sure your return gets back to us safely.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
